1- Try Korean Barbecue:
It is the traditional meal. You can eat chicken, meat or pork. You will seat down at the table with a fire in the middle, then you cook your own food, with suggestions and help from the waiters.
2- Check Out the Fish Market:
Would you ever eat a live Octopus?
If your answer is yes, you can try Sannakji (live octopus) at Noryangjin Fish Market, in Dongjak-gu. They cut the octopus into small pieces while it is still alive and then served immediately, Some people wont even cut it, but just bite into it. There are several restaurants where you can find this tip of food.
3. Seoul Tower:
Located in central Seoul on Namsan Mountain, at 240 meters it is the highest point of the city.
4- Visit the Historical Villages:
We went to Namsangol Hanok Village. Here you will find traditional Korean homes, in a small historical village
5- Nightlife in Seoul:
Check out Itaewon and Hongdae, these are some of Seoul’s hottest areas. Don’t’ miss Gangna. This area has become internationally famous, after the hit Gangnam style. It brings together young, fashionistas and very cool people.
6- Visit the Palaces:
Changdeokgung, Changgyeonggung, Deoksugung, Gyeonghuigung, and Gyeongbokgung Palace, the largest and Korea’s most famous royal palace.
Seoul is a very interesting place, there are a lot of museums, palaces and history. We definitely recommend you to spend as much time as you can to explore the city.
